Rotary Mower for 140 Farmall One Point Hitch

I am using a 5 foot Hardee mower behind my 140 one point hitch Farmall. The problem is the mower is too heavy for the tractor. It has a one point hitch on it from the factory and they say that it is compatable with the tractor, but I'm afraid it will damage the lift or hydraulic system.

I need a lighter one point hitch mower, but I can't find one. Would I be better off with a pull type mower?
