NO - NO - NO Only the Carter carb UT733S or SA will interchange. The Zenith for the "C" is 161X7 10386 and the model for the "SC" is 67X7. Marvel Schebler did not make a carb for the "SC". I am sure that all of them will bolt up but they were jeted differently for the "SC" I am needing a carb for my "C" so have been researching this just today.
