Scotty, you don't need to resize (dimensionally) your pictures, a lot of image editing software has, somewhere in it's menus, an option to change the quality, probably in the "options" or "tools" menu, and it might be called "jpeg quality" or something like that. Experiment with it, on my website pictures, they came out of my scanning software at "75%" (which is meaningless to me, but it's a number to start from) and I adjusted them to "50%" and it cut the filesize dramatically, while leaving the image visually unchanged on my monitor. Another option is to thumbnail everything, but that's a bit more effort. I also do that, as I intended my site mostly as a place to put pictures so I can post them here and on Tales. BTW, do you mind if I include a link to your site on mine?
