460 pump

Guys,
I got my 460 diesel inj pump back from the rebuilder today. Cannot wait to get home and put it back on but.....any advice from you guys? I have it timed and the shaft on the tractor hasn't been touched since I took the pump off last week. Do I need to prime the pump? I plan on cleaning out all lines with a compressor from the injector back toward the pump before putting pump back on. Thanks.
