IH ACO Truck ??

Im trying to find out for a friend what I can about this truck. Like what year they were built and where one is sitting for parts or anything that would help. Have anyone ever seen one of these ugly trucks? They look like a old Dodge butterfly fenders with a IH cab on top four windows, two at eye level and two at your feet. Have not come up with anything on the truck board. Thanks for any help you give my freind.
