That Pto unit is from a heavy truck transmission.
If you found someplace that works on truck trans.
they could probably tell you exactly what it fits,
but then you won't really have any use for it unless you have that particular truck with that particular transmission and a need for a pto unit!!
Most likely the shafts, bearings, seals and actuator shaft are all worn out making it very costly to rebuild.
