Joe--I have owned a 706 German D since 1969,it was the main tractor for many years. It has a Westendorf WL 40 loader on it now and the 756 style shift and a wide front, makes a great loader tractor. The only thing negative I can say is they are a little hard starting if it's cold and you don't plug them in. I would think 4900 is a fair price with the loader, does it have 2 point? Good luck CBL IA
