Try Boston Gear. They sell industrial gears to everybody. You'll have to tell them the # of gear teeth, gear style(straight cut or helical with angle), overall dimensions of the gear(diameter and thickness, hole diameter of the shaft, and whether it's keyed or not.

Look under "products" then "open gears"

Find a distributor/dealer near you, mail or take the original gear to them so they can find the right gear to replace it.

It might run you a 100 bucks or so. I used design custom manufacturing machines for a living, and they are a great source of parts.
