I use the PPG brand wax and grease remover. I don't remember what it costs, but I always buy the gallon jug because it works great for removing bugs and tar from vehicles too! All I have to do is sand and wash with water, then wipe down with the wax and grease remover, spray the epoxy primer, wipe down again and paint. So far so good, some work 7 years old and looking great!
