You didnt say if the rear couplers & hitch are not working or if the steering/TA-brakes system has stopped, if both have stopped the pumps draw Hytran from a common reservoir, however there are still 2 separate systems. Front pump in MCV on side of clutch housing runs steering/TA-brakes, rear pump below left brake runs rear frame hydraulics, hitch & couplers. If both have stopped would recheck oring & gasket on hydraulic filter cover, can have vacuum leak.
