Yes, same housings for clutch & TA, rear differential, on all 26-56-66-86, up to and including 1566/86, also 3088/3688, 06 had some different length housings, shafts & gears interchange between a lot of models sometimes, bearings are different on some transmission & rear axle set ups. They did make casting exterior changes for holes & shape on outside, this started on late 66 to get ready for 86 series.
