300 U TA Adjustment

Been reading the archives for this topic but can't find what I want. I adjusted the Clutch and TA according to the IT manual. Clutch seems 100% better however the TA when I pull the lever back will basically bring the tractor to a stop when I test in in 4th gear. What part am I out on in the adjustment? Not really sure if this TA has worked recently as the tractor is new to me. In reading some other posts I tested it in 4th gear to see if I would get the reduction in speed and before my adjustment yesterday I did not get any slower speed.
