Thanks to all the replied I a glad that I am not the only one that has this problem. The Hyd oil & filter was changed at the time that the MCV valve was rebuilt, but I haven't had the oil analyzed yet as I never thought about that. I have that the plunger out and chucked it up in a lathe this weekend and buffed it down real smooth and shiny. If that doesn't work I will try buffing the cylinder it fits in. Thanks to all again, I will try to post the results if it works.
