What am I looking at when I take the shifter off? Once I get everything loose, will it just slide out and then align the rails? I've done this with my Oliver when I put it back together, but I figure they are a lot different. Not going to say either one is better though. I wouldn't part with either one.

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
