C - 3 levers or 4

I bought a 1950 C a few weeks ago and have started restoring it but then came across another one. The second is a 1949 and I did buy it. What I would like to know is.....the 1950 has 3 hydraulic levers on it that are controlled by the "touch control" levers. 2 on the left and 1 on the right. The 1949 has 4, 2 on each side. Was this optional on the tractor? Both look to be factory and not home made pieces. Also, This may be a dumb Question but does either of these tractors have a water pump. If they do, it has been hidden pretty darn good.
