I can answer a couple of Your questions. The white area behind the "International" was a decal. The 2 small holes BY the T/A lever were for a stainless steel emblem that said "Torque Amplifier" And You should suscribe to RED POWER Magazine. MANY suppliers for restoration parts in there.
