Lets get something going here Lewis. I don't have a picture or parts book. I do have Super A and 130 (before and after) Lever on throttle shaft in carb points up towards manifold. Linkage hooks to it with small ball and socket fitting. On the other end at front of engine there is an adjustable shackle type fitting using a small pin and quater pin. Same as adjustment on your hydraulic levers. That hooks onto lever from governor. It is offset about 2-2 1/2 inches. If you exact measurments let me know I can measure. You haven't indicated whether you have parts missing or not.
