Steve, A few months ago(seems like years due to the long winter) I had the same problem. would actually seep a little antifreeze. I took my Dremel and ground a little bit on the cracks, mixed up some JB weld, gooped it in, and while still soft, put the sleeves in. It is working just fine. the cracks were in the middle of 2 and 3 cylinder by the way. I have run the tractor quite a bit since, and no problems so far. I don't think it is a major thing, and may be an inherent problem with this block since the dry sleeve walls are so thin and the block casting is also very thin. Good luck.
