How hot is too hot?

I`m looking at a 350u that was burnt in a poll barn. No paint, hoses are gone, tires are there but burnt off the rims and the glass in the gauges are cracked not melted.I was wondering if anyone had a gauge as to what is too hot to fix? I have no personal links to the tractor. Pete
