I used to be a dealer for woods and the L-59 will suit you the best. The 42 is just to small for a 100. As for cutting the 59 will do what you described just keep the belt TIGHT otherwise it'll break. any other ?? just post on here again a new 59 should cost you 1,100- 1,400 depending on options i.e. caster wheels, high suction blades and so on Thanks
