I don't think a new orifice will have a screen.
check the single double setting to see if it is set properly on that inner valve. If I remember right the piston in that un;oad valve has an orifice in it make sure it is clean. Don't forget the follow up linkage if you have fasthitch if it binds the hitch will not sut off.
