Valve springs

Got ex. valves freed up on my F-20,but 3 of the 4 springs are out of shape,kind of twisted to one side and the coils touching each other. At rest they hold the valves shut but I know it couldn't run very well.Uncle told me it was limping last time he had it running. Have had no time yet to research a source of new-good used springs.I don't have any thing to rob from.Check at NAPA,an IHC dealer?We have no Central Tractor any more.Probablly ought to have the remaining springs checked on a pressure tester.Anybody got a source of parts.Oh-I plan to put some air to each cylinder and see if any of the valves leak.If so I'll just pull the head off and go through it.
