When the car is cold the gears and shifter work just fine, but when the car warms up then it doesn't have and power to develop into the next gear. You can press on the accelerator and it will shift into gear but it will take a very very long time to develop. It seems like the car won't develop the proper speed. What can be the problem? It is a Honda Accord 1991.
