Did you replace the clutch release bearing when you changed the PP/clutch disc? Also could be the fingers on the pressure plate are out of adjustment causing the "Grinding" of gears. Adjust per the manual and also check the pedal freeplay from the edge of the deck to the backside of the clutch pedal arm.//FB
