Cub Question

Does the Cub's engine have sleeves? My friend was telling me it does'nt and because of this rebuilds are a little more difficult. Can you get the motor sleeved? He was saying the motor can only be rebuild so many times before the block is useless and with sleeves you can just keep replacing them. I have 2.5 acres and I'm looking for a tractor for mowing. Im looking at the Cub and possibly a 140. Any advise?
