Sound like you're having a lot of fun! One quick piece of advice.....while you're out there enjoying yourself and getting that plow adjusted the way you want it, DO NOT succumb to the temptation of reaching behind the tractor to adjust the levers while the tractor and plow are in motion! Doing so will almost certainly guarantee that the plow will find a rock at precisely the time when you have a firm grip on both the steering wheel and the lever, thus leaving you momentarily suspended in the air between the tractor and plow..... This can result in a few inches of extra reach!

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
