Flyin Farmall - I have a Super M and it too has 2 and 3/4 in. rear axle. I think they pretty much were all the same. I also have a gas Farmall 350 with the "heavy duty" rear axle which is 2 and 3/4
The standard size for them is 2 and 1/2 inch.
