Use dish soap on the o-rings when you install the sleeve, as oil makes rubber swell the soap will not. Be sure to clean the sealing area in the block. If it isnt pitted or have grooves worn in it, you won't need any kind of sealer. Oh ya, After you install your o-rings be sure to get any twists out with a o-ring pick. Make one full turn around them and that take care of that.
