AP, It sounds like the brake is stuck just as a clutch may stick when it sits for a long time. Be careful at this, but you may be able to free it by starting it up and then putting the tractor in low gear and letting out on the clutch kind of quickly. You could hold the other side brake at the same time to increase the pressure on the stuck one. I wouldn't do it more than 2 or 3 times if it doesn't work, so that you won't break anything. I think this might take care of your problem, though. Good luck and God bless, Tommy
