The fellow in chatham that does Engine rebuilding Jim Spurgeon(Spurgeon engines) has one of these old graders in his shop he;s working on.I'm no sure on the details but I believe he said the motor was swaped with a motor out of an "M" tractor. I just know the family name Kerr was from the chatham area from the days when we use to grow tomatoes for Heinz in Lemington ontario.
