130 Questions

My friend just bought a 130. We would like to know more about a few things. First,how common are these tractors? Don't see them around here (western Pa) Secound,it has a foot pedal to control engine speed as well as the hand lever. Was this foot pedal a option that was offered? Third, the one rear wheel is thicker then the other. Looks like the wheel is actualy a wheel weight. Was this done for a reason or is there just two different wheels on it??
