I recently purchased a '59 Farmall 560 with a wide front-end and a 3pt attachment. It is definitely not in new condition and when pur- chased ran rather shabby. Putting new spark plug wires, plugs, voltage regulator, sediment bowl screen, and a coil on it made a really big difference. Runs on first turnover. Sounds great!! Used it for winter snow blading/clean up, hydralics work well. Traded in a 1940 8N on it because the Ford wouldn't start in the cold and didn't have the muscle needed for the implements I have. Sounds like $6000 is too much, but should be around 3-4000. You can do better financially, but I believe in the 560, it's dependable and strong for its year.
