Farmall Cub 1955?

I have a friend that has a farmall cub that is a
1955. Its marked "super", serial# E or FFS Cub
722194, (stamped in machine mounting pad on right
side of bell housing). Now here is the kicker, the
decal, tires,generater,and the radiator cap, are
all in french. If anybody has any information would be greatly appreciated.
