Seems the block would be the same whether gas or diesel, right? I don't know and am asking. We owned a WD-9 for several years when I was a young man on the farm (40 years ago) but I never paid a lot of attention to details then (when I should have) so am just guessing now. The head is definitely different between gas and diesel because of the start-on-gas, operate-on-diesel functions.
