how much to pay for contentinal D193 for d350?

saw a d350 being parted out today that still has the engine in tact without anything missing yet. supposedly it runs but "spits water" (bad head gasket or somthing cracked) asking price for it is 600. i think that is way on the steep side, as i think it would be worth about 300 in the aforementioned condition. i would like to hear what anyone thinks as i dont really know how much they are going for. thanks
