Incorrect seat. 12 volt will never be restoration in my book. No battery box. The bolt heads are all silver and they were painted red from the factory. Incorrect steering wheel. There appears to be some unoriginal wiring by the seat. Why no pictures of the generator side? Is that where all the mistakes are? I love the air horns under the platform, I doubt that was a factory option. That step wasn't there when it rolled off the assembly line either. The belt pulley is missing. The wheel wedges should not be silver, they should be red. Anyone can double check these items in Guy Fay's book and correct me if I'm wrong. Restoration? NO! Nice repaint with some updates and a rebuilt motor? Yep. Is it worth $6000? Not to me. Let's see, sandblasting, priming and painting - I could do that for about $500 in materials. Overhaul kit and machine work would be another $750. Misc seals, etc. figure $250 max. And heck, even figure another $1000 just for fun. You only come up with $2500. My $0.02 Steven
