Farmall B conversion to A

Hello - I am building a Farmall B and want to make an A instead. What all do I need? If I get the A front Axle is that all I need to do? Will the tin and steering wheel shaft all work? I got the rear end converted already (removed the left axle extension).
Thanks for any help. If anyone knows where I can get an A front end in Iowa let me know too.
