i wrote a novel here, but it all leads to my point.

Just last weekend i went to the New Holland dealer to see what new stuff they have b/c they sometimes have older tractors and equipment. Well all they had was a coulple of rotted out self-unloading wagons. well when we got home i noticed that a tree limb had fallen almost on top of my Super C. well the good news was that there wasn't a lot of damage, the bad news was that there was a hole in the radiator from a branch. We had an extra radiator around, so we decided to do a swap. it only took us 10 minutes to do everything from taking the tin off to startin it back up. later that day, we took a trip back to the New Holland dealer, and i decided i would see how much it would take to swap radiators in one of them new "tractors". it would probaly take 5 men 2 hours to do a radiator swap on one of them things, its just amazing.
And one thing that i just feel like nagging about, why do we need a cockpit like a jet plane? who needs to know the percentage of wheel slippage and a radar that will calculate the exact speed we are traveling and other such things. It seems to me that if our fathers, grandfathers, etc. didnt need all of that stuff, than why do we.
