Sounds like the pump is ok if you can get 1500 psi on steering, so I would say go through the MCV housing on the left side sounds like you are not getting good flow or pressure to TA clutchs and brakes, make sure the little dump valve is not sticking. I would also clean the brakes you should have as good a brakes with out power, make sure the self adjusting screws are free to turn and the stop on the screw is holding the screw from turning backward, should be able to move the screw without the stop clip in place just by pushing on it with finger, if that is ok you may have to look at the master cylinder.
