The distillate/kerosene manifold has a valve inside to divert hot exhaust gases over the intake portion in order to preheat the fuel when running on distillate or kerosene. There will be a lever on the right side for adjusting the position of the valve according to fuel type. If all of the parts are there, you should have a shroud over the manifold and radiator shutters. The carb and cylinder head are different for the dual fuel also. It is somewhat unusual to find these with all the parts intact, most were changed to run just gas somewhere in their past.
