Hello,
I'm putting in a 1956 265 cu. in. chevy V8 in a 1937 F12 Farmall. The chevy guys say I'm waisting a good engine while the Farmall guys say I'm waisting a good tractor. Like Ricky Nelson's old song says " You can't please everyone ,so you got to please yourself."
My tractor was so bad it would have cost me three times what it would be worth to fix it. This seemed like a good compromise. I'm really enjoying doing it. Take care .
