For your H to work at all with a 3 pt plow, you will have to set the 3 pt for lift only and float down so the plow floats, but yet you can limit how deep it goes. I think 2 14 inch bottoms is about it for the H, and I think you will be doing that in 2nd gear. If you have a lot to plow, like the others said, get a trailing plow that just hooks to the drawbar. If you just have a garden or something, you can probably make the 3 pt work good enough.
