Jason: You say the plugs seem dry. Could be your choke plate inside the carb is not choking enough when you pull on it. There is a bit learning just how much to pull the choke on some. Have someone else sit on it and start it while you stand along side and pull that choke. Gotta get gas into those plugs. Also could try covering the air intake to act as a choke. If no help, then maybe gas supply is too low to carb. Dirty carb. r.
