If the engine was stuck there is a good chance that the rings are stuck also. Might want to let them soak in your magic formula PB Blaster over night. I know that this sounds crazy but Olive oil right from the kitchen does a good job also.

If you still are having trouble there is always starting fluid. I don't like to use it but sometimes there is not much else that works.
