First to explain the system, this tractor has 2 separate systems with a common reservoir, the mcv pump feeds the power steering, T/A, and brakes, this is the one that must have problem, back pump in the rear frame ( its mounted low straight down under the clutch pedal on a plate with a lot of bolts <14>) supplies the hyd draft hitch & rear outlets, its working as you describe, the mcv pump & valves are on the LH side on the clutch or center housing ahead of clutch pedal, its hard to tell what is wrong without hooking up test equip but would say to take it off (many bolts), and take it to a dealer or someone that knows how these work. It could be gear key sheared on pump, failed orings & gaskets in mcv, really hard to predict.
