It would seem to me that the cub would remain 6 volt but this is speculation.Just as you said I'm positive about the 48 & 52.I would call your local Case dealer and have him pull it up.As for the pricing, with that many tractors,I would let her set the price.I'm always honest with potential sellers and straight up tell them that I dont want to insult them and would feel better if I knew what they needed to make on a tractor.This is especially true when buying two or more.You may be totally surprised at how reasonable some people can be.Good Luck,Ed.
