Carburator Adjustment

I have a Farmall 140 that we are working on trying to get running again. Got a man who took off the Carb to rebuild. He said he needs to know how many turns out for the Main Jet and for the Air Compensation Jet. We couldn't find anything in the manual. Any help would be appreciated.
