First are you using the valves on tractor or do you have a separate loader valve, If you are using tractor valves, are you taking apart the valves and examining them or just putting them on, assuming they are ok, particularly the regulator and safety valve, take the cap off, its the one with 4 bolt rectangular cap, inside you will find a piston, make sure its not scored, if it is polish it with fine emery, check/replace oring on it, in the other bore is a spring, check it out, also in top there is a oriface screw/screen that you need to unscrew with common screwdriver, screen will plug and collapse, its nothing complicated just the process of elimination, make sure Hytran is up to correct level, fresh filter, while you have filter out check for filings or strange metal parts in the filter and hole it sits in. If you find any get to the source because it will circulate right back into what you just fixed.
