Farmall F-12 plow lifting sprocket

Does anybody know were to get (and what is the proper part number) a plow lift sprocket assembly that mounts to the F-12 axle? The sprocket is used to drive the lift mechanism for the plow. The right assembly is 2 pieces that mount to the axle. The wrong assembly has three lugs that bolt to the tractor wheel spokes. I need the 2 piece assembly to help my neighbor get his F-12 plow rig up and running. Even part numbers or pictures would help us to find the parts.
