Replace points, condenser, spark plugs and wires, check rotor for cracks or carbon trails. If the miss is not gone by now, check carb adjustments, rebuild if necessary, remove valve cover and do the valve lash adjustments per instructions in service manual. If its not gone by now, do a compression check and check for burnt exhaust valve. Maybe all you need is new plugs and wires.
